摘　　要：本文通过问卷调查和实地访谈的方法，研究了沈阳工业遗产再利用模式的路径依赖与突破，发现工业遗产自身具有不同于其他文化遗产的特殊性。本文认为，沈阳在工业遗产再利用开发中存在认知性依赖、制度依赖、经济依赖及锁定等问题。因此，沈阳应在借鉴国内外工业遗产再利用模式成功经验的基础上，创建符合本地实际情况的工业遗产再利用模式。同时，要加强工业遗产价值研究、建立数据库、统筹协调有效机制、拓宽资金来源以及突破工业遗产自身特点等。In this paper, by using the method of questionnaire survey and field interviews to stu dy the Path dependence of the pattern of industrial heritage reuse in Shenyang and the breakthro ugh. We found that the industrial heritage has its own distinctiveness different from other cultura 1 heritage. In the process of the development of the pattern of industrial heritage reuse in Shenya ng exits some problems such as the dependence of cognitive, the dependence of system, economi c dependence and locking problems. Therefore, Shenyang should draw lessons from the successf ul experience of the pattern of domestic and foreign industrial heritage industrial heritage reuse o f Shenyang, to create a consistent with the actual situation of the local pattern of industrial herita ge reuse. At the same time, we should strengthen the research on industrial heritage value, the est ablishment of a database, overall coordination and effective mechanism, broaden the sources of f unding and break through the industrial heritage features.
