摘　　要：[目的/意义]调研微媒体和图书馆微媒体服务的发展现状,对图书馆开展微媒体服务的实践及相关研究进行总结,探讨图书馆开展微媒体服务的意义与策略,为图书馆开展微媒体服务提供借鉴。[方法/过程]利用网站调研法和文献调研法,了解、分析国内外图书馆开展微媒体服务的动力、现况、主要服务内容和存在的问题,提出相对应的服务对策。[结果/结论]图书馆开展微媒体服务已成为网络环境下图书馆服务新态,其发生和发展都是图书馆内外部动力之合力的作用结果,图书馆应积极针对微媒体服务实践过程中存在的主要问题,着力从深入用户研究、加强微媒体服务的宣传和管理、拓展微媒体服务内容等方面促进微媒体服务的开展。[ Purpose/significance ] After introducing the definition of micro-media and its current development situation, this paper summarizes library micro-media service practices and related studies, discusses the significance and devel- opment strategy of library micro-media services in order to provide references for libraries. [Method/process] Using website and literature investigation methods, this paper carries out research on micro-media library service from analyzing the development status of micro-media service in libraries at home and abroad, summarizing main service content, analyzing the motivation and problems of library carrying out micro -media services, proposing some useful suggestions for its develop- ment.[Result/conclusion] Library micro-media service has become the new state of library services under the network en- vironment, whose emerging and developing is the result of library internal and external force. Libraries should actively strengthen and deepen the construction of library micro-media services from enhancing user research, strengthening service publicity and management, expanding service content.
