广义和法解析小柴胡汤合方初探

摘　　要：八法之一的和法,从狭义专指和解少阳,在广义上则蕴含多法联用以平调阴阳之意。作为和法的代表方剂——小柴胡汤,不仅可除少阳半表半里之邪,更具有表里两解之效,是集狭义与广义之和法大成。辨证运用小柴胡汤时,灵活经方加减,效果倍增。故通过探讨医家对小柴胡汤合方的认识,试阐释和法多法联用之妙,以指导临床应用小柴胡汤。As one of the eight therapeutic methods,mediation （He） method means reconciling Shaoyang in a narrow sense,while it means regulating Yin and Yang when combined with other methods in a broad sense. As the representative prescription of mediation （He） method,minor bupleurum decoction not only can elimi-nate pathogenic evils in semi-exterior and semi-interior,but also can relieve the symptoms of both exterior and interior,so it has the effects of mediation （He） method in both broad and narrow sense. When Minor Bu-pleurum Decoction is combined with classical prescriptions flexibly in treatment of diseases based on syn-drome differencation,it can obtain satisfied effect. By study on doctors’ views on combined prescriptions of minor bupleurum decoction,the mystery of combination of mediation （He） methods is elaborated,so as to guide clinical treatment.
