摘 要:目的了解广州地区2011—2013年急性呼吸道感染患儿呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的流行情况。方法用实时荧光PCR方法对本院收治的27116例急性呼吸道感染患儿咽拭子标本进行RSV检测。随机取30例RSV阳性标本,扩增其G基因并测序。从30例阳性标本中随机取3例,扩增RSV全基因组并测序。结果27116例标本中共检出RSV阳性4421例,阳性率为16.30%(4421127116)。30株测序标本中,21株属于NA1型,2株属于ON1型,7株属于BA9型。27株G基因的GenBank登陆号是KM586819~KM586845。3株全基因组的GenBank登陆号是KM517572、KM578843、KM517573。结论RSV是引起2011—2013年广州地区儿童急性呼吸道感染的重要病原体。NA1型和BA9型分别是RSVA、B亚型的优势基因型。Objective To investigate the epidemiological features of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infectin in Guangzhou children with acute respiratory tract infections between 2011 and 2013. Methods During the study period, 27 116 nasopharyngeal swabs were collected from children with acute respiratory tract infections admitted to our hospital. The samples were screened for RSV by real- time fluorescent PCR (RT-PCR). The 30 positive samples were selected randomly from all RSV positive samp]es for amplification and sequencing of RSV G gene. Three of the 30 positive samples were randomly selected for whole genomie amplification and sequencing. Results Among 27 116 samples screened, a total of 4 421 were RSV-positive, with the positive rate being 16.30% (4 421/27 116). Phylogenetic analysis of the 30 RSV strains identified 21 of NA1, 2 of ON1 and 7 of BA9 genotype. The GenBank accession numbers for G gene obtained fi'om the 27 RSV strains and RSV whole genome sequences obtained from the 3 RSV strains in this study are KM586819-KM586845 and KM517572, KM578843, KM517573. Conclusion RSV was one of the important viruses leading to acute respiratory tract infections amongst children in Guangzhou between 2011 and 2013. NA1 and BA9 were the prevailing RSV A and B genotypes, respectively.
