摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展与进步,卫生专业不断精细化,基层医疗机构现行的职称制度已凸显出越来越多的问题。该文阐述了基层医疗机构现行职称制度中存在的问题,提出职称制度改革的对策与建议,以期促进人才成长,稳定卫生技术队伍,提高医疗机构竞争力。With the continuous development and progress of the society and the constantly refined health profes- sions, the current professional title system of basic medical institutions has shown more and more problems. This paper expounds the existing problems in professional title system of medical institutions, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of title system reform, in order to promote the growth of talents, health technical team stability, and to improve the competitiveness of medical institutions.
