摘　　要：防治环境污染与其他环境公害,已成为摆在人类面前有待解决的问题。文章通过整合卫生立法生态化和公共卫生体系构建的概述,辨析两个领域的关联,进而提出卫生立法生态化的原因和农村公共卫生体系构建存在的问题,以及这两个领域同时发展的时代意义,对于中国目前卫生立法生态化的研究,公共卫生服务的有序开展和卫生事业的可持续性发展,有着重要意义。The prevention and control of environmental pollution and other environmental hazards has become the urgent problems to be solved. This paper integrates ecological health legislation and an overview of the public health system to differentiate the two areas, puts forward the reasons for advocating ecological health legislation and problems of rural public health system construction,and points out the significance of the development of the two areas.
