摘　　要：介绍了一种多功能便携式磁粉探伤仪,其探头的矽钢片骨架、铁芯和磁头均采用可拆卸的铰链连接方式,铁芯和磁头的位置均独立可调,也可以拆掉,这种探头可作为多种形式使用,提高了探头的通用性。论文详细介绍了磁化线圈供电电路,当作为磁轭式探头使用时,可以将两个工作变压器并联,为线圈供电,提高探伤的灵敏度。仪器还设计有基于LM3402的高亮度LED照明电路,方便在黑暗环境中照明和观察磁痕。使用时可根据需要调节探头和磁化电流,满足不同的探伤要求。试验和实际应用表明,该设备能够满足磁粉探伤规范要求,保证检查结果的可靠性。A kind of multi-functional portable magnetic particle detector is introduced in the paper.The silicon steel skeleton,detachable iron cores and magnetic heads are all hinged together.The iron cores and magnetic heads can be repositioned or removed respectively.So,a kind of probe can be used as other type,which increases its versatility.Power supply circuit for magnetizing coils is introduced in detail.When the probe is used as a magnetic yoke type,two magnetizing transformers could power the magnetizing coils in parallel to improve the sensitivity of magnetic particle inspection.High-brightness LEDs lighting circuit based on LM3402 is designed.It＇s convenient to light and observe magnetic particle indications in the dark environment.When in use,the yoke and magnetizing current could be adjusted according to the needs to meet different inspection requirements.Experiments and practical applications have proved that the detector could be accordance with the inspection specifications and ensure the reliability of test results.
