摘　　要：傣医学为我国藏、蒙、维、傣四大民族医学之一,针对傣医学面临的"名医消逝、名方流失、名药消失、医术失传、后继乏人"的严峻局面,我们开展了傣医学人才培养的教学改革实践,在办学形式、课程设置、师资队伍、教材建设等方面进行了大量的探索与实践,取得了一系列成果。成果惠及傣族地区及周边国家,对弘扬傣医药文化,丰富祖国医药宝库,促进边疆稳定、人民健康、睦邻友好做出了重要贡献。Dai medicine is one of the four national medicines in China. Faced with the present severe situations of lacking famous physicians, prescriptions, and herbs, and lacking qualified successors, the authors attempted to carry out teaching reform. Exploration and practice was done in terms of school running, course offering, teaching faculty building, textbook compilation with certain achievements. Significant contributions were made to developing Dai medicine, enriching national medical contents, promoting stability of border areas, and building good neighborly and friendly relations.
