摘 要:目的通过对全国中医儿科专家、毕业的中医儿科研究生和在读的中医儿科研究生进行问卷调查,分析目前中医儿科研究生培养现状,归纳导师及研究生们对研究生培养提出的意见、建议,为中医儿科研究生培养新机制的形成献计献策。方法通过文献回顾、采用自制问卷,通过运用德尔菲法对全国124名导师和236名研究生进行两轮问卷调查。结果导师从事中医儿科教育时间平均为25.75年,8类调查问卷从基本情况,科研、临床、学习、沟通能力4个维度评价,只有2位导师对研究生临床能力评价不满意,其余各项评分都在C级以上,即基本达到目标;4个维度中研究生自评得分均高于导师对研究生整体的评分,且两者比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论导师在中医儿科领域从业时间长,经验丰富,指导研究生数量少,能够保证研究生培养质量。导师和研究生对科研和临床实践能力培养基本满意,但现行的中医儿科科研和临床实践能力培养制度还需改进。Objective To conduct questionnaire investigation and analyze present situation of postgraduate education of TCM pediatrics candidates so that opinions and suggestions from the tutors and experts can be summarized for reference and that new cultivation mechanism can be formed. Methods Literature review and self-made questionnaire survey were conducted with Delphi method among 124 supervisors and 236 postgraduate students in two rounds. Results The above supervisors kept tutoring students for 25.75 years on average. Four dimensions concerning students’basic information of research, clinical practice, academic learning, and ability to communicate were included in the questionnaire for evaluation. Only 2 supervisors were unsatisfied about students’ clinical ability. Other scores were above C level, meaning almost satisfied. Students ’self assessment scored higher than their supervisors’with statistical significance (P〈0.001). Conclusion If they work more years, have richer experience, and guide fewer students in pediatrics area, the supervisors can pledge better quality of cultivation. Most supervisors and students are satisfied about research and clinical ability cultivation. But the existing cultivation system needs further improvement.
