摘 要:目的:探讨短时受精与传统过夜受精对体外受精及临床妊娠结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析2012年8月至2014年5月于本中心接受短时受精及传统过夜受精的体外受精(in vitro fertilization,IVF)患者。短时受精IVF组共131周期,传统过夜受精IVF组共129周期,比较两组患者的基本情况、受精、胚胎发育及临床妊娠情况。结果:短时受精IVF组与传统过夜受精IVF组患者正常受精(2 PN)率(68.44%vs 68.23%)、(0 PN)率(21.57%vs 21.99%)、(1 PN)率(6.01%vs 6.08%)、(多PN)率(3.97%vs 3.70%)、受精率(85.24%vs 85.21%),卵裂率(96.65%vs 97.21%)、临床妊娠率(46.85%vs 44.25%)差异均无统计学意义,P均>0.05。短时受精IVF组胚胎利用率(83.45%vs 77.23%)较常规过夜受精IVF组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:短时受精可能在一定程度上提高卵子利用率,改善胚胎质量从而提高胚胎利用率。Objective: To investigate the effects of short gamete co-incubation and conventional long gamete co-incubation on in vitro fertilization( IVF) and clinical pregnancy outcomes. Methods: The clinical data of IVF patients,who underwent short gamete co-incubation and conventional long gamete co-incubation in our center between August 2012 and May 2014,were retrospectively analyzed. There were 131 cycles in the short gamete co-incubation IVF group,and 129 cycles in the long gamete co-incubation IVF group. The basic condition,fertilization,embryonic development and clinical pregnancy were compared between the two groups. Results:There were no statistical differences on the normal fertilization( 2 PN) rate( 68. 44% vs 68. 23%),0 PN rate( 21. 57% vs 21. 99%),1 PN rate( 6. 01% vs 6. 08%),multi-PN rate( 3. 97% vs 3. 70%),fertilization rate( 85. 24% vs 85. 21%),cleavage rate( 96. 65% vs 97. 21%),and clinical pregnancy rate( 46. 85% vs 44.25%) between the short gamete co-incubation IVF group and conventional long gamete co-incubation IVF group.Compared with the long gamete co-incubation IVF group,the embryo utilization rate( 83. 45% vs 77. 23%) in the short gamete co-incubation IVF group was significantly increased. Conclusion: To a certain extent,short gamete co-incubation during IVF could increase the utilization rate of oocytes,improve embryo quality,and therefore improve the utilization rate of embryo.
