摘  要:目的:探讨实时超声引导下心包置管引流在心脏介入术中并发急性心包填塞的应用。方法:选取2009年1月-2014年1月在我院进行心脏介入术中并发急性心包填塞的患者120例作为研究对象,将患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组60例和观察组60例,观察组在治疗时采用实时超声引导下心包置管引流,对照组在治疗时采用常规的心包置管引流。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率(90.00%)明显好于对照组治疗后的总有效率(65.00%)(P〈0.05);观察组治疗后的不良反应等发生率(23.33%)明显低于对照组治疗后的不良反应的发生率(50.00%,P〈0.05)。结论:在对行心脏介入术中并发急性心包填塞的患者采用超声引导下心包置管引流能够降低患者并发症的发生率,值得在临床的治疗中推广应用。Objective: to explore the use of real-time ultrasound-guided pericardial drainage in acute pericardial tamponade during cardiac intervention. Methods: A total of 120 patients who developed acute cardiac tamponade during cardiac intervention in our hospital between January 2009 and January 2014 were included in this study. The patients were divided into the control group( n = 60) and study group( n = 60) by using the random digit table. During the procedure,the study group received real-time ultrasound-guided pericardial drainage,while the control group received conventional pericardial drainage. Results: After the procedure,the total effective rate in the study group( 90%) was significantly higher than that in the control group( 65%),with statistically significant difference between the two groups( P〈0. 05). The rate of adverse events was significantly lower in the study group( 23. 33%) compared with the control group( 50%)( P〈0. 05). Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided pericardial drainage may yield better clinical outcomes and rate of adverse events for patients who developed acute cardiac tamponade during cardiac intervention,and is therefore justified for widespread use in clinical treatment.
