摘　　要：天津爆炸事故，其威力最大的一次相当于21吨TNT。 巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失正在拷问着天津市及滨海新区的城市规划和产业结构。在天津的经济结构中，石油化工产业举足轻重。2014年，天津市生产总值1.57万亿元，其中石油化工产业占比达到15％。而由塘沽区、汉沽区、大港区合并而成的滨海新区的生产总值则占了整个天津GDP的56％。An atmosphere of pain and anguish seemed to cover the city of Tianjin the day after two devastating explosions rocked the city on August 12 th.To date, clean-up operations are still underway. On August 15 th, the State Council established a team to investigate the explosions. Led by the Ministry of Public Security, the investigation has brought in relevant departments, the Tianjin City government, the Supreme Procuratorate and experts to look into the tragedy.At 9 am on August 18 th, six days after the explosion, a thick haze hung over the city as seven separate locations in Tianjin held memorial services for those who died in explosion. A whistle that could be heard throughout the city was sounded in the Tianjin Port for three entire minutes in remembrance.
