摘　　要：阐述了学科馆员的角色定位,包括信息沟通联络员、资源选择推荐者、学科咨询馆员、用户培训师及团队合作和研究者等,探讨了学科馆员与用户的沟通策略和技巧,包括联络方式和时机、学科馆员营销、营造轻松氛围及建立良好关系等。This paper expounds subject librarian＇s role definition including the information liaison, resources recommender, subject consultant, user trainer, and team cooperator and researcher, etc., and probes into the skills and strategies for the communication between subject librarians and users including the contact details and opportunities, the marketing of subject librarian, the creation of relaxed atmosphere, and the establishment of good relationships, etc.
