摘　　要：介绍了现阶段山东省独立学院图书馆员队伍建设现状,结合工作实际,分析了独立学院图书馆员队伍建设中存在的不足,探讨了完善独立学院图书馆员队伍建设的对策及方法。This paper introduces the current status of librarian team construction in independent colleges of Shandong Province, and connecting with the work practice, analyzes some shortages existing in librarian team construction in independent colleges, and probes into the countermeasures and methods for improving librarian team construction in independent colleges.
