摘　　要：数字化图书馆是传统图书馆的一次革命,通过网络实现了资源的共享。其显著特点可以概括为3对不以个人主观意志为转移之"变"。为应对数字化革命之"变",必须坚持"以读者为中心、以服务为主导、一切为读者服务"的图书馆始终不变的工作目标。无论形式如何变化,图书馆的服务宗旨和社会价值永远不变。The digital library, which is a revolution of traditional library, realizes the resources sharing through the network. Its salient features can be summarized as three pairs of ＂changes＂ that it can＇t be transferred because of personal subjective will. In response to the ＂change＂ of the digital revolution, must insist on library＇s constant work target of reader-centered, service-guided and everything for readers. Whatever the form changes, library＇ s service tenet and social value will never change forever.
