摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展,人类进入到大数据时代,信息的获取、交流、使用成为人们日常生活的重要组成部分,但是仍有很多人的信息能力比较低,成为信息弱势群体,这不仅有损其自身的利益,也不利于社会的发展。面对这一形势,分析了大数据环境下信息弱势群体的信息行为及其形成的原因,并提出了相应的援助措施。With the rapid development of information technology, mankind has entered the era of big data, the access, communication and use of information has become the important parts of people＇s daily life, but there still are a lot of people with lower information ability become information vulnerable groups, which is not only harm their own interests, but also not conducive to the development of society. Facing such a situation, this paper analyzes the information behaviors of information vulnerable groups and the causes, and puts forward some corresponding assistance measures.
