摘　　要：介绍了浙江省重点企业研究院绩效评价指标体系编制的背景和意义,基于阶段性、代表性、可操作性等原则,分别构建了浙江省重点企业研究院在建设责任期内和建设责任期满后两个阶段的评价指标体系,对指标构成、权重设计、评价方法等进行了说明,为全面、客观、合理地评价浙江省重点企业研究院提供了依据。This paper introduces the background and significance of compiling the performance evaluation index system of key enterprise institutes in Zhejiang Province, and based on the principles of periodicity, representativeness and operability, constructs two performance evaluation index systems of key enterprise institutes in Zhejiang Province within the construction liability period and after expiring the construction liability period respectively, and explains the index composition, weight design, and evaluation method, etc., providing the basis for evaluating the key enterprise institutes of Zhejiang Province comprehensively, objectively and reasonably.
