摘 要:目的考察磁性介孔炭对特里加压素的吸附与释放行为。方法采用糠醇为炭源,Si O2为模板,Fe(NO3)3·9H2O为磁源,通过简单的超声法合成具有高比表面和孔容的磁性介孔炭微球;以特里加压素作为生物多肽模型药物,考察溶液浓度、pH值及炭材料孔结构对特里加压素的吸附及释放行为的影响。结果磁性介孔炭微球对特里加压素的吸附量主要和磁性介孔炭的比表面、孔容及溶液pH值有关,随磁性介孔炭比表面积和孔容增大而增大,随pH值升高先增加后降低;磁性介孔炭对特里加压素的释放表现为:在0~15 min内快速释放,15 min后释放速率减缓。结论磁性介孔炭对特里加压素的释放行为具有2步释放过程,即初始的快速释放和第2阶段的缓慢释放过程。Objective To investigate the adsorption and release behavior of terlipressin on mesoporous carbon spheres. Methods Magnetic mesoporous carbon spheres with high surface areas and pore volume were synthesized through a simple ultrasonicate method, wherein furfuryl alcohol was used as a carbon precursor,silica as a template,hydrated iron nitrite as magnetic source. Terlipressin was selected as polypeptide drug model. The impacts of the solution concentration,pH value and the pore structure of magnetic mesoporous carbon spheres for the adsorption and release behavior of terlipressin on magnetic mesoporous carbon spheres were investigated. Results The adsorption capacity of terlipressin on magnetic mesoporous carbon sphere was mainly the function of the specific surface area,pore volume of the material and the pH value of solution. The adsorbed terlipressin amount increased with the increase of the specific surface area and pore volume of the materials. The adsorbed terlipressin amount increased first,and then decreased with the increase of pH value. The release rate of terlipressin were fast between 0-15 min and then slow down after 15 min. Conclusion The two-step release process involved a first fast release and then a slow release.
