醇提蛋黄油与蛋黄馏油对家兔过敏性皮炎湿疹疗效比较

摘　　要：目的观察对比醇提蛋黄油与蛋黄馏油对家兔过敏性皮炎湿疹的疗效。方法取14只健康雄性家兔,每只背部剃毛4处,随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,A组给予醇提蛋黄油,B组给予生理盐水,C组给予蛋黄馏油,除D组为正常皮肤空白对照外,其他各组均用生漆在脱毛区激发,诱导家兔皮肤变态湿疹模型,造模后第4天开始连续给药14 d。根据皮肤症状评分与组织病理学观察评估不同蛋黄油的疗效。结果醇提蛋黄油组疗效指数优于蛋黄馏油组,与生理盐水组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);醇提蛋黄油组、蛋黄馏油组的皮肤组织病理学基本恢复正常水平。结论应用生漆诱发家兔皮肤过敏性皮炎,其病变症状明显。醇提蛋黄油疗效优于蛋黄馏油。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ethanol-extraction egg yolk oil and egg tar on allergic dermatitis eczema in rabbits. Methods 14 healthy male rabbits were shaved four areas on the back and randomly divided into four groups. Group A was given alcohol extraction of egg yolk,group B was given physiological saline,group C was given egg tar,and group D was the normal control. The rabbit model of allergic eczema was established by raw lacquer administration. After 4 days,all models were treated with corresponding drugs for 14 consecutive days. The skin symptom score and histopathological changes were observed. Results The curative effect index was better in ethanol-extraction egg yolk oil group than that in egg tar group,which was significantly different when compared with the normal saline group（ P 0. 01）.The injured skin was returned to the normal level in both ethanol-extraction egg oil group and egg tar group.Conclusion Raw lacquer may induce the rabbit skin allergic dermatitis,and the pathological change is obvious. The curative effect of ethanol-extraction egg oil is better than that of egg tar.
