摘 要:创意产业集聚区是一种新型产业空间组织形式,20世纪以来因其群体竞争优势和集聚区发展的规模效益使其迅速发展.北京创意产业集聚区处于快速发展阶段,以政府挂牌为主要发展途径,经历了自发集聚区到政府引导的发展过程.空间分布呈现中心城区集聚、远邻区县均有分布且沿高校、科研机构集聚分布的特点,进而讨论得出北京创意产业集聚区发展模式为资源集聚自发形成、原有资源改造利用、依托城市景观和全新规划建设的四种发展模式.北京创意产业集聚区发展现状及规律,折射出北京创意产业发展道路.Creative Industries is a form of spatial organization of new industries,because of its population since the 20th century the development of competitive advantages and agglomeration economies of scale to develop rapidly.Beijing Creative Industries in the rapid development stage,the government listed as the main development paths,through the spontaneous gathering of government-led development process.Showing the spatial distribution center city agglomeration,the development of better North City,Metro has the characteristics of the distribution.These characteristics make it a certain spatial effect: raising effect,symbiotic effect,radiation effect.Through the above discussions that the development of creative industries in Beijing to demand self-concentration model,government planning guidance,and guidance of spontaneous synergy of the three development models.Beijing Creative Industries Development and Law,Beijing reflects the creative industries development.
