摘　　要：随着国家对临床科研支持力度的增大,医院越来越重视临床课题的申报.传统申报模式已不适合临床科研项目的申报需求,文章通过分析临床课题的申报特点,构建符合其需求的精细化申报管理模式.该管理模式的应用将有效提高临床课题申报效率及水平,为提高项目的中标率奠定基础.With the increasing national support for clinical research,hospitals pay more attention to the clinical project application.The traditional management mode is not suitable for the grant application in clinical research.By Analyzing characteristic of the clinical research application,our hospital established a detailed management mode.Establishment of this management mode has effectively improved the efficiency and level for application-process supervision of clinical research.It makes the stable foundation for Successful application.
