摘　　要：通过会泽铅矿2^#盲竖井延深工程施工全过程监理，阐述施工单位在“人、机、料、法、环”等多环节的投入及监理工作“四控、二管、一协调”等的管控，指出施工过程中存在的优缺点，强调如何保证矿山井建工程监理工作中安全控制、质量控制、资料归档最基本三要素的有效控制。In the supervision on the whole construction process of 2^# internal shaft deepening project in Huize Lead mine, the work of construction organization on ＂staff, machine, material, method and environment＂ was described. The control of supervision work on ＂four control, two management and one coordination＂ was also set forth. Themerits and demerits in construction were described and the focus was put on how to guarantee the set forth, quality control and data archiving of supervision work in mine shaft construction project.
