茂名市2013—2014年活禽市场禽流感病毒污染状况监测

摘　　要：目的了解茂名市活禽市场环境禽流感病毒的污染状况,及时发现人禽流感发病潜在的危险因素。方法从3类场所每月采集20份外环境标本,采用荧光定量PCR检测A型、H5、H7、H9流感病毒核酸。结果 2013—2014年共采集并检测各类环境标本494份,其中A型阳性140份,阳性率28.34%。阳性标本中,H9亚型占57.86%;不同季节、场所和类型标本检测阳性率分别为冬春季节、农贸市场和清洗禽类的污水阳性率最高。结论茂名市活禽市场特别是农贸市场禽流感病毒污染广泛,家禽从业人员应做好个人防护,应加强禽流感的监测。Objective To analyze the infectious status of avian influenza virus in a live poultry market in Maoming and to survey the risk factors associated with avian influenza virus infection in humans. Methods Twenty environmental sample were monthly collected from three types of poultry markets and type A, H5, HT, H9 influenza virus nucleic acids were detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR. Results From 2013to2014 a total of 494 avian influenza virus samples were collected in various types of environmens, and 140 were positive for type A with the positive rate of 28.34% .The proportion of H9 subtype accounted for 57.86% of the total positive samples; The positive rates of samples collected in winter and spring, farmers＇ markets and sewage water in the poultry markets were the highest. Conclusion The live poultry markets ,especially the farmers＇ markets were widely contaminated with avian influenza virus. Therefore personal protection strengthening monitoring of avian influenza virus are indicated.
