基于常规治疗的益气温阳、活血利水中药对慢性心力衰竭的优效性研究

摘　　要：目的观察益气温阳、活血利水中药治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法将83例入选患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组41例和对照组42例,分别在常规西药治疗基础上给予益气温阳、活血利水中药和安慰剂治疗4周。结果证候总疗效及心功能分级疗效总有效率2组分别比较,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量评分下降幅度大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合使用益气温阳、活血利水中药能显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者的临床症状、心功能,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the curative effect of tonifying qi for warming yang and promoting blood circulation for dieresis herbs in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 83 cases were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 41） and control group（ n = 42）. Based on conventional therapy with western medicine,the treatment group was given tonifying qi for warming yang and promoting blood circulation for dieresis herbs,while control group was given placebo,the treatment lasted for 4 weeeks. Results Compared to control group,total curative effect of syndromes and cardiac function were superior to treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared to control group,scores of life quality of treatment group decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Combination use of tonifying qi for warming yang and promoting blood circulation for dieresis herbs can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,cardiac function and the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.
