摘　　要：神经梅毒和心血管梅毒都是晚期梅毒最重要的临床类型。如果不能早期诊治,可危及生命。近年来,随着梅毒研究地逐步深入,对神经梅毒和心血管梅毒的认识也越来越清晰,临床漏诊误诊逐渐减少,治疗也愈发规范。本文即是介绍近年来神经梅毒和心血管梅毒的研究进展。Neurosyphilis and cardiovascular syphilis are the most important clinical types of late syphilis. They may cause death if could not be diagnosed and treated early. In recent years,with the gradual deepening study of syphilis,the understanding of neurosyphilis and cardiovascular has become more and more clear and the clinical misdiagnosis rate gradually reduces while the treatment is increasingly standardized. This paper is to introduce the recent research progress of neurosyphilis and cardiovascular syphilis.
