摘　　要：HCE云支付信用卡是一种全新的移动支付方式。不仅充分利用金融IC卡基础设施，成功实现了线上线下一体化支付。而且无需借助手机中的SIM卡、SD卡等芯片介质，采用动态令牌、联机交易确保支付安全，该产品先进、便捷、安全、时尚。工商银行顺应“互联网＋”的时代召唤，联合中国银联、VISA两大卡组织在全国首发工银HCE云支付信用卡，引领移动金融发展潮流。At the call of the times of 'the Internet+', Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited(ICBC) has taken the lead nationwide in issuing the credit card of cloud payment of HCE, not just realized the online and offl ine integrated payment successfully by fully utilizing the infrastructure of fi nancial IC card but also adopted the dynamic token and online transactions to ensure the payment security without the help of such chip mediums as SIM card or SD card of the cellphone, which is of exemplary importance of a milestone in the fi eld of mobile payment of credit card.
