品管圈对提高新进护士小儿头皮静脉留置针穿刺成功率的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探索品管圈在提高静脉留置针穿刺成功率的效果。方法由15人组成品管圈,分析低年资护士小儿头皮静脉留置针穿刺失败的原因并采取相应的措施。结果低年资护士小儿头皮静脉留置针穿刺成功率由改善前的63%提高到改善后的83.6%,改善幅度为20.6%。结论将品管圈的方法应用到静脉留置针的穿刺取得了满意效果,利用导师制培训方法,提高了新进护理人员的穿刺水平,以及团队协作精神,确保护理人员更加积极主动地为患者服务。Objective To explore the effect of quality control circles on success rate of vein indwelling catheter used by the newly employed nurse. Methods 15 members constructed a QCC,analysed the causes of the failure of junior nurses when setting scalp venous indwelling needle and take appropriate measures. Results The success rate of junior nurse increased from 63% to 83. 6% when setting scalp venous indwelling needle,the improving margin was 20. 6%. Conclusions The application of the method of quality control circles in setting intravenous catheter puncture achieved satisfactory results,the use of tutorial system training improves the new nurses＇ puncture level,as well as the spirit of teamwork,it ensures that the nurses would like to apply service for patient proactively.
