运动疗法联合物理因子治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨采用神经张力手法与肌肉能量技术联合物理因子治疗腰椎间盘突出症坐骨神经痛的治疗效果,为腰椎间盘突出症坐骨神经痛的康复治疗提供一定的理论参考依据。方法将40例在昆明医科大学第一附属医院骨科及康复医学科住院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组20例和对照组20例,其中观察组20例患者采取物理因子治疗的基础上增加神经张力手法与肌肉能量技术的运动疗法,而对照组20例患者仅采用物理因子治疗,于20 d后观察并比较两组患者的疼痛程度及疗效。结果治疗20 d后观察组总有效(100%),对照组总有效率(75%),两组均较治疗前改善,以上指标观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论采用神经张力手法与肌肉能量技术联合物理因子治疗因腰椎间盘突出症坐骨神经痛明显优于单纯的物理因子治疗,值得进一步推广使用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of nerve tension technique and muscle energy technology combined physical factors in the treatment of sciatica caused by lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,in order to provide certain theory reference basis for the rehabilitation treatment of sciatica caused by lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods 40 patients with lumbar disc prolapse,in the department of orthopedics and rehabilitation medicine in the first affiliated hospital of Kunming medical university,were randomly divided into observation group（ 20 cases） and control group（ 20 cases）,patients in the observe group were treated with physical factors therapy combined with nerve tension technique and muscle energy technology,however,patients in control group only received the treatment of physical factors therapy,compare the pain degree and the curative effect of the two groups. Results 20 days after the treatment,the total effect rate in observe group was 100%,and it was 75% in control group,both groups were improved,the above indexes of observation group were better than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）,the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions The nerve tension technique and muscle energy technology combined physical factors in the treatment of sciatica due to lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion is superior to pure treatment of physical factors,it worth of further promote.
