摘  要:目的研究持续质量改进方法预防ICU患者肠内营养相关性腹泻的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月至2014年6月期间我院ICU肠内营养患者350例,分为两组,其中对照组采用常规护理方法;研究组则采用持续质量改进模式护理。分析两组患者肠内营养性腹泻的护理效果和并发症情况,并对发生原因进行探讨以改进护理。结果研究组患者的满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组。造成患者出现肠内营养性腹泻的主要原因与患者疾病种类、用药种类、营养液种类等有直接关系。结论对ICU患者采用持续质量改进模式护理,可以有效降低肠内营养相关性腹泻的发生率,降低并发症发生率,增加患者满意度。Objective To study the clinical effect of continuous quality improvement methods in preventing enteral nutrition related diarrhea in ICU. Methods 350 cases with enteral nutrition in our ICU during January 2010 and 2014 June were selected and divided into two groups,the control group with routine nursing method and the study group with continuous quality improvement nursing. The nursing effect and complications of enteral nutrition related diarrhea were analyzed between groups,and the causes were discussed to improve the nursing. Results Comparing to the control group,the satisfaction of patients in study group was higher,however,the complication incidence was lower. The main cause of enteral nutrition related diarrhea was related to the category of diseases,medication and nutrient solution. Conclusions The application of continuous quality improvement nursing model in ICU,can effectively reduce the enteral nutrition related diarrhea incidence,reduce the complications incidence and increase patients' satisfaction.
