门诊口腔科环境卫生及微生物监测的质量控制

摘　　要：目的研究门诊口腔科环境卫生学与消毒灭菌效果的监测情况,促进各项消毒灭菌措施有效执行。方法按照卫生部《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》规定的监测方法进行采样与检测。结果2010至2014年门诊口腔科环境卫生学及消毒灭菌效果监测合格率整体呈上升趋势,医务人员手卫生、使用中消毒液、灭菌后物品、灭菌炉的微生物监测合格率分别由79.17%、83.33%、95.24%、96.74%升至100%。结论严格执行无菌操作及各项消毒隔离制度,可提高门诊口腔科环境卫生学及消毒灭菌质量。Objective Study on monitoring the environmental hygiene and the effectiveness of disinfection and sterilization in outpatient department of stomatology,aim to promote the efficient implement of disinfection and sterilization measures. Methods We sampled and tested strictly according to the methods issued by Ministry of Health ＇s 《Evaluating method and standard for the efficacy of disinfection and sterilization 》.Results The qualified environmental hygiene,disinfection and sterilization rate showed an upward trend in outpatient department of stomatology from 2010 to 2014. The biological monitoring qualified rate of hand hygiene of the medical staff,disinfectants in use,sterilized articles and sterilization oven raised to 100% from 79. 17%,83. 33%,95. 24% and 96. 74% respectively. Conclusions Strict enforcement of aseptic technique and various rules on disinfection and isolation could improve quality standards of environmental hygiene,disinfection and sterilization in outpatient department of stomatology.
