输液接头在儿科静脉输液中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨无针密闭输液接头与肝素帽在儿科静脉输液中的应用效果。方法采用目的抽样方法选取160例住院患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组使用无针密闭输液接头,对照组使用肝素帽。结果两组静脉输液操作时间及患儿的依从性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),4天内留置针留置时间及静脉炎发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无针密闭输液接头可有效减少操作时间,提高患儿的依从性,对患儿有较好的保护作用。Objective To evaluate the application effect of needle free closed transfusion joint and heparin cap in pediatric intravenous infusion. Methods Using purposive sampling method to select 160 cases of hospitalized children, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group used the needle free closed transfusion joint,however,the control group used heparin cap.Results There was significant difference in intravenous infusion operation time and children ＇s compliance between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The differences of catheter indwelling time and the incidence of phlebitis within 4 days were not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions The needle free closed transfusion joint can effectively reduce the operation time,improving the compliance of children,and has better protection for children.
