摘 要:采用500、1000、1500mg/L硫酸锌及86mg/L禾丰锌对菜心进行叶面喷施,研究不同锌肥对菜心生长发育及产量和品质的影响。结果表明,适宜浓度的禾丰锌肥比硫酸锌肥在促进菜心的生长发育、提高叶绿素含量、增加菜心产量、改善菜心品质方面效果更显著,禾丰锌肥处理菜心经济产量可高达16.13g,是对照的2.61倍;每100g鲜重Vc含量高达125.49mg,是对照的1.36倍。但不同浓度的硫酸锌肥对菜心生长也有影响,以1000mg/L锌肥处理效果较好,可溶性蛋白质含量达17.45mg/g,是对照的1.22倍。500、1500mg/L锌肥处理也能促进菜心生长,但效果不大。500 mg/L, 1000 mg/L and 1500 mg/L of zinc sulfate and 86 mg/L of Hefeng zinc were sprayed on the leaves of Chinese flowering cabbage ( Brassica affparachinensis Bailey ), and influences of two kinds of zinc fertilizer on growth, production and quality of Chinese flowering cabbage were studied. The results showed that suitable concentration of Hefeng zinc could promote the growth, improve the content of chlorophyll, increase the flowering cabbage production and improve the quality, as the economic output could up to 16.13 g, which was 2.61 times compared to the control group, also the Vc content was up to 125.49 mg/100g, which was 1.36 times compared to the control group. While, different zinc sulfate concentrations also effected the growth of Chinese flowering cabbage, 1 000 mg/L of zinc sulfate treatment had the best effect, as the soluble protein content was 17.45 mg/g, which was 1.22 times compared to the control group. 500 mg/L and 1 500 mg/L of zinc sulfate treatment also promoted the growth, but had little effect.
