摘 要:为了提高藜蒿去叶加工的生产效率,降低人工劳动强度和成本,设计了一种藜蒿去叶机。介绍了该机的整体结构和工作原理,设计了输送装置和去叶装置,确定了相关参数的设计依据,并对凸轮等关键部件的运动过程进行分析计算。通过建立藜蒿茎杆输送、去叶过程的运动学模型,得到了各装置速度、位置之间的关系式。试制样机进行双因素试验,绘制了输送速度、去叶速度与加工效率和漏取率的响应曲面图,得出了优化的速度组合为输送速度为130mm/s,去叶速度为160mm/s,验证了该藜蒿去叶机夹取率为76%,去叶率为69%,具备较好的可行性和实用价值,为藜蒿收获后进行机械化去叶提供了新的方式。In order to improve the efficiency of removing leaves from Artemisia selengensis and decrease the cost of artificial labor working, a new type of leaves-removing machine was designed. The whole structure and working principle of key parts were introduced, also the designing reasons for relevant parameters were analyzed and confirmed to conveying device and leaves separating device of this machine. Dual factors response surface of machining efficiency and missing rate with transmission speed and leaves-removing speed were drawn. The transmission speed was 130 mm/s and the leaves-removing speed was 160 mm/s as the optimized data. The prototype was manufactured and experiments were carried out. The results indicated that the gripping rate were 76% and the removing leaf rate was 69%. The good feasibility and practical value of this machine were confirmed by the experiments. This machine can provide a new way to separate the leaves ofA. selengensis after harvest.
