基于农业产业结构演变的海南热带高效农业基地建设研究——以海南儋州市为例

摘　　要：儋州为海南面积最大的地级市,其农业产业结构调整是海南农业结构调整的缩影,研究其农业产业结构演变趋势,可为发展热带高效农业提供决策依据。利用2000-2014年儋州市统计资料,计算农业产业结构变化率和变异系数,分析儋州近15年来农业产业结构演变特征。结果表明:(1)农业基础地位进一步增强,工业发展相对滞后,第三产业迅速发展;2000年儋州三次产业结构比例为54.2∶18.0∶27.8,2014年则为49.0∶14.9∶36.1;(2)种植业产值在农林牧渔中所占比例下降,种植业的内部结构变化明显;2000年粮食作物∶经济作物∶蔬菜瓜果的种植面积比例为32.7∶52.8∶14.5,2014年调整到28.0∶54.3∶17.7;(3)2000-2014年粮食、油料作物、水果种植面积逐年减少,而橡胶、蔬菜种植面积逐年增加;林地、糖蔗面积波动较大。在揭示海南农业结构变动特征及演变趋势基础上,提出海南建设热带高效农业基地的对策与建议。Danzhou is the largest city in Hainan Province, and the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure in the city is the epitome of those occurred throughout the whole province. Development strategies were put forward based on analyzing the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure in Danzhou. According to the statistics from 2000 to 2014, the ratio of agricultural industrial structure change and its coefficient of variation were computed, and the change characteristics of industrial structure, especially agro-industrial structure were analyzed in the past 15 years. The results showed that： （ 1 ） Agricultural foundation status was further strengthened. Industrial development was lagging behind, and tertiary industry grew very rapidly. The proportion of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries was 54.2 percent, 18.0 percent and 27.8 percent respectively in 2000, and adjusted to 49.0, 14.9 and 36.1 in 2014. （ 2 ） The percentage of crop-plantation in agricultural production value declined annually from 2000 to 2014, and the internal structure of crop-plantation changed dramatically. The area ratios of grain crops, economy crops, vegetables and fruits were 32.7, 52.8, and 14.5 respectively in 2000 and adjusted to 28.0, 54.3 and 17.7 in 2014. （ 3 ） The sown areas of grain crops, oil-bearing crops and actual existent area of fruits decreased, but rubbers forest and vegetables increased during 2000 to 2014. The areas of sugarcane and artificial forestation had very big fluctuation during the same period. At last, countermeasures of agroindustrial structure adjustment and optimization were put forward in Danzhou, to provide important reference for the development of Hainan agriculture.
