摘　　要：建国60余年以来,我国竞技体育"特有体制"从形成到不断发展与丰富,为中国竞技体育的辉煌做出了巨大贡献。但这一形成于计划经济时代的运行体制,以"举国意志"、"举国智慧"和"举国资源"为特色,具有"行政"与"控制"的内涵特点,从而将竞技体育系统导入到"被组织"的恶性循环之中,也因此受到众多的置疑。唯有在"包容并蓄"的基础上,以"自组织理论"为基础,建立起竞技体育可持续发展的自组织观,激发出竞技体育系统自适应、自创生、自演化的内在机理,并利用系统动力学研究方法,将关注的视线从对外部因素的依赖与索取转移到对竞技体育系统内部要素的分析以及竞技体育系统与外部系统之间的共生共赢上,激发出竞技体育系统各要素之间相互支持、相互促进、相互启发、相互推动的自组织内在活力,生成竞技体育系统可持续发展的内在健康机制,才是我国竞技体育可持续发展的根本所在。Based on Nationwide System,the operation mechanism of Chinese competitive sports created a big glory in the past sixty years. But this mechanismwhich formed in the era of planning economy and characterized by＂control＂and＂administrative order＂has its inherent weakness and lead competitive sportssystem into a vicious circle which labeled organization,and this is why the traditional mechanism of Chinese competitive sports has so many doubts. Based onself-organization theory,put emphasis on relationships of inner factors of competitive sports system and find out inner mechanism which can lead competitivesports into self-adopt,self-create and self-develop,then use system dynamics to research the future of competitive sports,should be the right way to buildthe real operation mechanism of Chinese competitive sports system.
