中国职业体育制度问题与改革的思想路径

摘　　要：职业体育作为国家体育产业的主体在我国发展缺乏足够活力。活力不足表征是三大球成绩不理想,原因归结起来是职业体育存在制度上的缺陷。通过对我国职业体育制度发展的问题考察,认为中国职业体育的制度创新目前所面临的困局是:具有超稳定结构的传统农业社会向现代化社会转型的过程中面临前所未有的文化冲突下怎样面对"现代性"的问题。经过对现代性问题的辩证分析,认为中国目前所处的历史方位决定了在以技术理性和人本主义精神为主要文化特质的现代社会,中国职业体育制度创新不应该持有文化传统的保守主义以及受后现代文化批判思潮的影响而产生对现代社会问题的担忧。应该在遵循现代性的本质规定性和社会一般性原则下,不遗余力地面向现代化才是中国职业体育制度创新的思想立场和实现改革的路径选择。Professional sports as the main national sports industry lacks of sufficient vigor in China. Its vitality can be characterized the three big balls＇（foot-ball,basketball and volleyball）unsatisfactory results,the reasons can be summed up the professional sports institutional flaws. Through studying the issue ofprofessional sports system concluded that institutional innovation of Chinese professional sports currently facing the dilemma is：the process of traditional agri-cultural society to a modern super-stable structure of social transformation in how to face an nprecedented cultural conflict modern issues. This article throughdialectical analysis about the modernity,believed that the historical position of China determine the technical rationality and humanism spirit as the main cul-tural characteristics of modern society,the Chinese professional sports system innovation should not hold traditional conservative culture doctrine and modernsocial problems arising concerns affected by post-modern cultural criticism Trends. Following the provisions of the essence of modernity and basic principlesunder the law,The China＇s position and realize innovative ideas path of reforms is to spare no effort for the modern professional sports system.
