小型高速柴油机产品技术发展分析

摘　　要：目前,我国工程机械在用小型高速柴油机主要为国外品牌,国内部分企业正在尝试研制自主品牌小型高速柴油机。为深入了解国内外小型高速柴油机产品技术发展概况,通过调研,总结小型高速柴油机产品技术发展状况,分析该领域节能减排技术发展趋势,以及新常态下对产品技术发展的需求与挑战;在此基础上,从不同市场的排放技术策略,供油系统如何降低油耗与排放的应用研究,新结构零部件的应用,核心技术的研究、开发以及保护自主专利技术等方面,提出小型高速柴油机产品技术的发展建议。Among compact type hi-speed diesel engines used in working machines at home are mainly of foreign brands;some enterprises at home are trying to manufacture such engines through research and development for and by themselves.Therefore,we had to investigate into the situation both at home and overseas in terms of research and development activities,tech development heading,energy saving,and emission minimizing,as well as demand and challenge for the products under normal conditions.On this basis what to follow includes applied study on emission strategy according to various market demands,together with fuel rate reduction,how to apply newly-formed parts and components,how to research for kernel techs,and how to develop and protect patented technologies of our own,before putting forth suggestions of research and development for that type of engine.
