沥青混凝土搅拌站异味气体控制思路与技术改造

摘　　要：旧式沥青混凝土搅拌站生产过程中产生的有害而且带有强烈异味的气体,会对站内的工作人员和周边居民造成一定的身体伤害,并污染环境。以某型沥青混凝土搅拌站为例,通过查找异味气体源头,结合沥青混凝土搅拌站现有结构,设置和安装异味气体收集装置,通过收集管道将异味气体送进高温燃烧器中燃烧,再由高空排烟管排出净化后的气体。测试结果以及作业人员直观感觉表明,改造后刺激性异味气体基本消失;高温燃烧后高空排放气体化学成分分析结果表明,技术改造有效减少了异味气体排放,减轻了对人体的危害,保护了环境。Old types of asphalt mixing plant would produce gasses of strong harmful odor to the body and would pollute the environment,which had to be detected by personnel,collected and processes with existing plus special facilities through high temperature burning before a purified gas can be exhausted,i.e.in a way of utilizing and combining of the existing facilities.Test results and operators sensation have shown that the irritant gas has been eliminated basically.Besides,such a gas after high temperature burning and exhausted in the upper air tells minimized components of the harmful gas along with its odor with less harm to the body and to the environment after a technical reformation.
