摘 要:通过分析某汽车转向灯电子闪光器外壳的结构特点和冲压工艺,并根据实际生产经验制定了成形工艺方案。运用Dynaform软件对闪光器外壳成形过程进行模拟,研究了压边力、凹模圆角半径、模具间隙3个参数对闪光器外壳成形质量的影响,并根据成形极限图(FLD)确定了3个参数的最优值。模拟和试验结果表明,该成形工艺方案可行,板料成形模拟软件Dynaform的模拟结果可以及时发现闪光器外壳的缺陷,提高了产品质量,降低了产品的生产成本。Based on the actual production experience and the analysis of structure characteristics and stamping process,the forming method for the electronic flasher shell of the automobile steering lamp was determined.The forming process was simulated by using the software Dynaform,and the influences of blank holder force,die fillet radius and die clearance were investigated.According to the forming limit diagram(FLD),the three parameters were optimized.The simulation and experiment show that the proposed forming process is reasonable,and the forming defects can be found timely in the simulated results.The quality of the product is improved and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
