摘　　要：为了满足精度机械发展需要,进一步提高线切割机的精密度,用人造花岗石来取代铸铁,用智能控制高频电源取代传统高频电源,开发了一种新型人造花岗石中走丝电火花线切割机。所研制的人造花岗石线切割机的性能特点和实际效果说明,该电火花线切割机不仅有助于提高线切割机质量、满足精度加工需要,而且还会有很高的经济效益和社会效益。In order to develop the high precision machinery and improve the cutting precision,the author used the artificial granite to replace the cast iron and used intelligentcontrolled high frequency power supply to replace the traditional high frequency power supply,and developed a new type of artificial granite machine for WEDM.The actual performance shows that the new artificial granite machine can improve the quality of the WEDM machine,satisfy the machining precision and provide high economic and social benefit.
