摘　　要：针对于实验室现有的传统DCS控制系统存在着系统接线工作繁重、信号可靠性低、系统稳定性差等不足,同时为了便于对现场总线控制系统的学习和研究,利用HDU3000-6过程控制实验对象,设计了基于NCS4000的过程控制实验系统,应用结果表明,该控制系统运行稳定,控制效果良好。Due to some problems existed in traditional DCS control system such as heavy wiring works,low signal reliability and poor stability of the system.At the same time in order to study and research Fieldbus Control System,using HDU3000-6 process control device designed a process control system based on NCS4000,the results of application show that the control system runs stably and has the good control effect.
