不同月龄杜湖杂交F_1代母羔生产性能测定和肉质分析

摘　　要：为研究杜泊公羊杂交对湖羊肉用性能的改良效果,测定分析了不同月龄杜湖杂交F1代母羔（杜泊羊♂×湖羊♀）的生长性能、胴体品质和肉质等指标。将体重、出生日期相近的30只杜湖杂交F1代母羔（17.37±1.28）kg随机分为5组（每组6只）,每只单栏饲养,自由采食全混合日粮（TMR）颗粒饲料,记录采食量和体重,在3、4、5、6和7月龄时分别进行屠宰测定,并分析背最长肌、腰肌和臀肌的肉质和营养成分。结果显示：杜湖杂交F1代母羔保留了纯种湖羊早期生长快的优点,在自由采食TMR颗粒饲料时,日增重于4月龄达到峰值（278.56 g）;3~4月龄为瘤胃、小肠、心、肺、肾等脏器快速发育阶段,且料重比较低;肌肉p H值、滴水损失在不同月龄间差异不显著（P〉0.05）,剪切力随月龄的增加而显著降低（P〈0.05）;7月龄羊背最长肌中粗脂肪含量显著高于3月龄（P〈0.05）。本试验对杜湖杂交F1代母羔早期生长发育规律和肉用性能的研究为其科学饲养和适时屠宰等提供了参考依据。The current study was conducted to examine the effects of age on growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality of Dorper and Hu hybrid F1 female lambs. Thirty healthy Dorper and Hu hybrid F1 female lamb （ Dorper sheep 3 × Hu ） were randomly di- vided into 5 groups （n = 6） and fed ad libitum in individual stalls. Each group was slaughtered monthly （3-to 7-month-old, 6 lambs） and collected longissimus dorsi, lumbar muscle and gluteus muscle. The results showed that ADG of 4-month-old lambs achieved the highest （ 278.56 g/d）, dressing percentage and ratio of meat to bone increase with age （ P〉0.05 ） and the shearing force of three parts of the mus- cle significantly reduced with the increase of age （P〈0. 05 ）. The content of crude fat （EE） in longissimus muscle of 7-month-old lambs was significantly higher than that of 3-month-old lambs （ P〈0.05 ）. This research of growth performance, meat quality of Dorper and Hu hybrid F1 lambs with different months provided a reference for scientific feeding.
