摘　　要：利用"黑匣子"温度数据记录仪,实测和记录了高强钢在辊底式炉内加热过程中的温度分布变化规律,给出了钢板加热过程中的炉温、钢板的温度值并绘出了各测量值在钢板整个加热过程中的变化曲线;分析了钢板在加热炉内各段的温度分布特点,为数学模型控制、故障诊断、实际生产等方面提供了准确的参考资料。Using ＂black box＂ the data recorder, the temperature distribution of high strength plate in the process of heating in roller hearth furnace was recorded actually and the temperature of furnace as wellas the plate temperature was proposed. The varying curve of measured value of plate in heating processwas drew; The papers analysed the characteristic of plate in the various sections of roller hearth furnace,and provided a accurate reference data for mathematic model control, faule diagnosis and actural production etc.
