摘　　要：对硅钢材料进行对比分析,可知低牌号冷轧硅钢带可以取代中牌号热轧硅钢片。通过制造样机和进行型式试验验证其电机性能,该取代是可行的,它不仅能保证电机性能而且为自动化生产提供了条件。After analyzing and comparing the silicon sheet materials,it was found that the cold-rolled silicon strip with low-class trademark was able to replace the hotrolled silicon sheet with high-class trademark as core sheet material.The conclusion was that performance of the motor made by the cold-rolled silicon sheet with low-class trademark was confirmed through prototype-making and the type test result.It not only ensured the motor performance but created the condition for automatic production.
