摘 要:分析了在180℃以下的油井中使用的潜油电机的两种绝缘结构,讨论了两种绝缘结构端部线圈的电场分布情况,研究了电机的介质损耗角正切tgδ、介电常数ε_D和绝缘电阻R_v等参数随温度和时间的变化规律,确定了环氧灌注型的电机适合在环境温度150℃以下长期工作,而浸漆型电机则适合应用在更高温度环境下长期工作。相对而言,环氧灌注型比浸漆型电机更适合于变频、大功率和高压电机。Two types of insulation system of the oil-submerged motor,working in the oil well under the temperature below 180 ℃,were analyzed.The electric fields and distributions in the end windings with two different insulation structures as well as the variety rules of the medium loss tangent tgδ,dielectric constant εD and insulation resistance Rv corresponding to the different temperatures and times were discussed.Finally,came the conclusion that epoxy molding structure was fit for the submersible motors of long-term working in the environment bellow 150 ℃ while the impregnating structure was fit for the long-term running motors in the high temperature environment.However the epoxy structure was more suitable for the large-power and high-voltage motors fed by the PWM-Inverter.
