摘 要:换热器是液冷系统的重要设备,在特种飞机上安装使用是一项新应用,其研制经验值得总结和提炼,以便为新型机载换热器优化设计和换热器设计规范的拟制提供参考。文中简要介绍了换热器的工作原理,从设备选型、主要技术参数的计算和要求、结构设计、表面处理等几个方面阐述了机载换热器设计技术和方法,指出了换热器研制生产的关键技术及解决途径。依据文中介绍的技术和方法设计的换热器实现了小批量生产,在某型多架特种飞机上得到应用,获得了良好的使用效果,验证了换热器设计技术和方法的正确性。相应的研制经验值得推广,以便更好地指导机载换热器的设计。Heat exchanger is important equipment of liquid cooling system.It is a new application as equipping heat exchanger in special plane.Experiences of research and production of the airborne heat exchanger are worthy of summarizing and refining in order to instruct the optimization design of newfashion airborne heat exchanger and the compilation of heat exchanger design specification.This article briefly introduces the principle of heat exchanger,expounds the design techniques and methods of heat exchanger from aspects of equipment type selection,calculation and requirements of main technical parameters,structure design,surface protecting process,and so on.Key technologies in heat exchanger research and production and their resolving method are indicated also.Heat exchanger has already been produced in small batches according to the techniques and methods introduced in this article.The application in several special planes gets good use effect,validating the correctness of the techniques and methods.The experiences of research and production are worthy of promotion in order to instruct the design of airborne heat exchanger better.
