摘　　要：分配治理,是国家治理体系中的重要组成部分,是检验国家治理成效的重要标尺,也是国家治理中难啃的"硬骨头"。研究分配治理问题,首先要明确研究对象、厘清研究思路、找对研究方法。Distribution management is an important part of the national governance system. It is also an important benchmark of measuring the effectiveness of national governance----a hard nut to crack in the national governance.To study distribution governance issues, we should, first of all, be clear about the study subject, clarify the train of thought and find the study methods.
