摘  要:目的:探讨减重步行训练(BWSTT)对脊髓损伤(SCI)后不完全截瘫患者血清S100B蛋白水平的影响。方法:选取广州市红十字会医院2012年1月至2015年1月收治的60例符合标准的脊髓损伤后不完全偏瘫患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。两组患者均接受传统康复治疗。观察组在传统康复治疗基础上,每日行减重步行训练,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组血清S100B蛋白水平均明显下降,且观察组比对照组相比,下降更明显(P<0.05),治疗后,两组的FAC结果与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组与对照组的FAC数据作比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:减重步行训练与降低脊髓损伤(SCI)后不完全截瘫患者血清S100B蛋白水平密切相关。Objective To discuss infl uence of partial body weight support treadmill training(BWSTT)on serum S100 B levels of patients with incomplete paraplegic after spinal cord injury. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with incomplete paraplegic after spinal cord injury were divided into observation group and control group at random. Both groups received the traditional rehabilitation therapy while the patients in BWSTT group were additionally treated with BWSTT once or twice every day for two weeks. Results After 2 weeks' medical treatment, serum S100 B protein levels of patients in two groups obviously declined, Meanwhile, the total clinical efficiency of patients in observation group was much higher than that in control group.Conclusions Partial body weight support treadmill training can improve the prognosis in patients with incomplete paraplegic after spinal cord injury, which mechanism of action has close effect on reducing serum S100 B protein levels.
