实习护士羞怯量表结果评定及其对求职影响的分析

摘　　要：目的:了解实习护士的社交焦虑与行为抑制状况,分析其对求职是否具有相应的影响。方法:采用一般资料问卷、羞怯量表对在深圳市第二人民医院2013年度实习的58名护士进行问卷调查。结果 :58名学生的羞怯量表测试得分均处于中间水平(33.84±4.82)分,偏低的羞怯程度对求职成功率的提高有很大帮助。而三所学校间的学生及农村与城市间的学生羞怯量表测试得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:良好的社交能力和行为举止不仅关乎大学生学业和事业的成功,而且还关系到他们的未来发展和生活的幸福。Objective To learn practical nurse social anxiety and behavioral inhibition status, so as to analyze if it has a corresponding impact on his job. Methods 58 nurses questionnaire were conducted using the general information questionnaire, shyness scale for the year 2013 in our hospital internship. Results 58 students shyness scale test scores are at an intermediate level（33.84 ± 4.82） points, the low degree of shyness improve the success rate of job helps a lot. The three students between schools in rural and urban students and between shyness scale test scores, the difference was not statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Good social skills and behavior not only improve college students＇ academic and career success, but also help to improve the development and well-being of their future life.
