摘　　要：简述了一种四棱锥台式空间相机遮光罩的结构特点,详细介绍了该遮光罩的成型工艺方案,重点介绍了成型工装模具设计、成型工艺过程等,并分析了产品成型过程中的技术重点及难点。经检测,产品的各项性能均满足设计指标要求。This paper describes the structure of the baffle designed for space camera and introduces the processing plan of the moulding in detail. The emphasis of the article are the design of the mould and the moulding technology, etc. Furthermore, it analyzes the key point and technical difficulty of moulding process. The result indicates that the performance of the product meets the design index.
